Shipping Policy 

We provide shipping all over India 🇮🇳

We do final finishing of each cutting board only after you place your order. Your board is taken from our 24x7 running seasoning chamber and smooth finished by our team.

Because of this careful process, dispatch may take 3–7 working days. Once shipped, you’ll immediately receive your tracking details via email.

This small wait ensures you don’t just receive a cutting board, but a piece of tradition that will last for a long time ✨

We have also partnered with DHL for cross border & LCL shipments. For International shipping, please mail us at hello@chefbae.in 🌍

Return/Refund Policy:

We know sometimes things don’t work. If you didn’t like our product, you may return it, no hard feelings !!

Let us take you through the process:

1. Contact us through mail ID - hello@chefbae.in , so that we know what went wrong and how we can make it right. Our support team will get back to you within 24 hours. 

2. We can only initiate a refund or replacement for concerns raised within 5 working days post delivery. 

3. Kindly please note that we will not be able to accept/exchange if the products is showing signs of use or wear or damage caused by the user. 

Please keep these things in mind:

Condition: For a smooth refund process, kindly ensure that the product is returned in their original condition. We will not be able to accept products showing signs of use or wear or damage. Courier processing charge & Platform Handling fee would be deducted from the total payable amount. 

Back to Source: After quality check is passed, the return amount will be credited to the original method of payment

Terms & Conditions:

Time-bound Returns: Products returned beyond the 7-day post delivery period, or those showing signs of use or damage by the user, cannot be accepted for returns or exchanges. 

Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the confirmation date

Once the product has been processed or shipped, free cancellation would not be possible.
